Banzai!

Gabcast! Stop this noise in my head #17 - Kuroda-san throws a one hit, almost perfecto at Atlanta

The 33 year old rookie right hander was one pitch shy of history at the ravine tonight in totally dominating the Braves. Dodger pitching is astounding.

Am I seeing correctly, or is the Dodgers tied for first. I went on Dodgers.com like I do every day and I thought Microsoft took over Yahoo or something. Can this be correct? I have been working sixteen hour days so I missed the last few games. I have been watching last week and couldn’t believe what I’ve been seeing. That freeway series seemed to turn it around.

Now let’s not get too excited. I remember that ten game winning streak. We go excited and then they went on a losing streak. But, things are looking up. It seems that Torre has them working together.

Did not hear your gabfest because I am working all of the time. I don't have a speaker at work, so must save it for later. I love to hear your take on things.

It's nice to hear some up beat news from Dodgerland. I was listening to a game in the early eighties when Jerry Royce was throwing a perfect game. Now, if he completes this feat, he will be in the history books. Well, Bill Russell makes an error blowing the perfect game.

Royce ended up throwing a no hitter, but he joins the large crowd of pitchers who have done this. Damn Russell. . . he always made errors over there at shortstop.

I have seen many of Nolan Ryan's no hitters and perfect games on t.v. when he was with the Angels.

Let's keep this up. Let's hope the Dodgers have found their groove.

Uncle Tony saw the Dodgers lose tonight but he also saw a great game. They used to be about as exciting as a mattress commercial but now they've actually become an interesting team - who knew!?
